Wild Salmon Cookies
| Ingredients
List:
1 can Alaska Salmon
2 cups cornmeal
2 cups wheat flour

3/4 cup veg. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 egg |
Recipe
Instructions:
In a large bowl combine dry ingredients well, in a seperate bowl
combine egg and oil then pour into dry mixture and blend well, kneading
just to combine. Roll out dough, on a floured surface, to 1/4 inch
thickness. Use a cookie cutter to make fun shapes (or use a knife
to cut out basic fish shapes). Place cookies on a greased baking
sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool cookies on
a wire rack. Store in airtight container in fridge or freezer. |
