Birdy Breakfast

Ingredients List: 2 eggs with shells 2 tbs. ricotta cheese	1/4 cup carrots 1/4 cup green peppers
Recipe Instructions: Crack eggs into a medium sized bowl then crumble egg shells into bowl, add ricotta cheese and whip mixture slightly. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Pour mixture into a non-stick skillet and cook until eggs are done. Let mixture cool before serving and refrigerate any left overs.
